DVDs are shipped within 2 days of receiving the order. All DVDs are shipped first class mail. Your DVDs should arrive within 3 to 4 days of being shipped. All sales are final. Defective DVDs replaced if reported within 10 days of receiving the DVD. Customer must provide the PayPal Transaction ID# when returning DVDs. Send me an e-mail letting me know what the PayPal Transaction ID# is and that you are returning the DVD.
