DVDs shipped within 2 days of receiving the order. All DVDs are shipped first class mail. Your DVDs should arrive within 3 to 4 days of being shipped. All sales are final. Defective DVDs replaced if reported within 5 days of receiving the DVD. Customer must obtain a return authorization number before returning DVDs by sending an email and requesting the return authorization number.
